We are seeking CEMAP Qualified Mortgage and Protection Brokers to join this dynamic and expanding team. Role Overview
As a CEMAP Qualified Mortgage and Protection Broker, you will leverage high-quality leads and deliver expert guidance on Mortgage and Protection solutions. With 50% of the fact-finding process already completed for you on qualified leads, you'll engage with clients who are ready to proceed, allowing you to focus on providing tailored advice and securing results.
Responsibilities :
- Deliver expert advice and tailored solutions to clients via telephone and face-to-face interactions.
- Engage in warm, pre-qualified leads, enhancing your ability to focus on building relationships and closing deals.
- Conduct additional fact-finding when required to gain full insights into clients needs and financial situations.
- Provide online quotations and advice to customers engaged through our website.
- Manage the end-to-end quote request process, maintaining seamless client experiences.
- Accurately maintain records within our systems, ensuring compliance and smooth client management.
- Build and sustain professional relationships, offering outstanding client service throughout.
Qualifications and Requirements :
- Essential : Experience as a Mortgage and Protection Advisor with a solid understanding of industry processes.
- Essential : Completed fit and proper assessment with no regulatory breaches.
- Strong professionalism, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in telephone-based client interactions.
- Self-motivated and success-driven, with a clear commitment to advancing within the Financial Services sector.
- IT literate with meticulous attention to detail.
