Afin d'accompagner la transition énergétique, nous réalisons les projets d'infrastructures de nos clients dans les secteurs du nucléaire, des énergies renouvelables et de l'Oil & Gas.
Nos métiers s'étendent des études à l'approvisionnement jusqu'à la réalisation clé en main des projets industriels de nos clients.
Nos équipes interviennent également dans l'assistance, l'inspection et la supervision des installations neuves et existantes afin de maintenir leur viabilité et leur exploitation dans la durée.
Description du poste :
The site manager is accountable for carrying out on-site monitoring of the correct execution of the project/work, as well as compliance with the requirements and/or conditions imposed on the materials and services provided by suppliers. Identifying incidents, proposing and taking actions in cooperation with the Construction Site Manager to ensure the quality of the project.
Is accountable for support the Industrial Project Manager to guarantee the achievement of the Key Performance Indicators of the project during construction.
Description du profil :
- Ensure the construction phase is on schedule and respecting the budget.
- Support the Industrial Project Manager to evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports.
- Ensure that the technical solutions proposed by the EPCm contractor are adequate and meet with the quality requirements.
- Control the execution of the work and prepare the progress site reports of work.
- Ensure compliance with the specifications, deadlines, costs and quality.
- Diagnose possible problems and propose potential mitigating solutions.
- Participate in the improvement of the project margin.
- Participate in the main supplier meetings and EPCm contractor meetings.
- Participate in operational coordination meetings during the construction phase.
- Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues.
Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment with cross-functional interfaces Strong communication skills
Spanish is mandatory, english and/or french is a plus Team Spirit
