  • You arethe legal support primarily for Linde Homecare activities in Spain,possibly also abroad
  • Additionallegal advice on healthcare specific legal requirements of other parts ofthe Linde business
  • Closeinteraction with Linde internal Homecare/Healthcare management/clients onexciting public tenders and related legal proceedings
  • Hands-onteamwork within Linde Global Law Department, mainly the REW Homecare &Healthcare counsel Germany & Switzerland, the EMEA Senior CounselHealthcare, EMEA Compliance and the Head of Legal REW
  • Reportingto and sparring with BU Homecare Management and Regional Head of Legal
  • Legalrisk management and development of related solutions, both upon requestand proactively, including management of external counsel involvement
  • Discretionaryhandling of pre-existing and new matters as interim, possibly long termcoverage/complementation in the Region Europe West team
  • You will activelyparticipate in the processes of digitalization and task automation,contributing to the company's evolution towards digital transformation

What makes you great

  • Youhave a University degree in law (inhouse) counsel in Spain
  • Goodknowledge of local healthcare, public tender and regulatory laws relevantfor the homecare and hospital care business
  • Additionalqualifications abroad, experience on healthcare relatedlitigations/transactions or with another gases and/or engineering companyas a plus
  • Atleast 5 years’ post qualification experience as a healthcare lawyer (orsimilar), ideally including as in-house counsel or from within law firmswith relevant specifications
  • You arefluent in English and Spanish. Portuguese is a plusYou can collect,interpret, and use data effectively, driving digital transformation
  • You are a teamworker, collaborative person anddeal with different key interfaces

This role is a full time position based on an limited contract. The standard weekly working hours will be from 08:00 hrs till 17:30 hrs.
