ProjectManagement Officer (m/f/d)

The position canbe based at our office in Darmstadt, Giessen or Kassel. Thisposition is a full-time position, which is generally divisible.

Your tasks and responsibilities
  • Your main tasks will include the execution of administrativeactivities in the handling of projects and programs
  • You take over defined services according to the servicecatalog and develop them further
  • You ensurethe consistent and sustainable use of the project management systemin the company's projects
  • You will beresponsible for managing and maintaining guidelines, templates andtools for handling projects and programs
  • Youwill also manage project ideas, applications, project changes andfinal reports
  • Your tasks include documentingand visualizing process overviews, processes and process interfacesfor the project management process
  • Youmaintain the project status of the project portfolio in the projectmanagement tool and prepare suitable measures / decision bases forthe management within the project portfolio
  • You organize project controlling and ensure standardized reporting,change management and project documentation
  • You are responsible for the further development and optimization ofthe project management standard and corresponding processes in thecompany
  • You create the documentation withinthe framework of ISO 9001:2015 and ekom21 project managementstandards
  • First-level support for thecompany's project management tool

The level of payment is based on a salary up to EG 10 TVöD (VKA)and will be subject to a final individual assessment and personalqualifications.

What youbring with you
  • Completed studies(Bachelor) or completed training in a commercial or IT environmentor comparable with several years of relevant professionalexperience (at least 3 years full-time equivalent); focus onproject management desirable
  • Certifiedfurther training in project management according to a recognizedstandard (preferably Certified Project Management Associate IPMA®Level D) desirable
  • Very good knowledge ofmulti-project management (control and planning of the projectportfolio) and quality management desirable
  • Willingness to continuously learn and undergo further training
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills aswell as service orientation
  • Very goodknowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,Outlook, Visio) and good knowledge of various PM tools
  • Organizational skills, initiative and a sense ofresponsibility
  • Structured way of working
  • Written and spoken German (level C2)
  • Mobility (class B driving license)
