Por esta razón, estamos reforzando nuestro equipo Special Servicing un/a Asset Manager, para cubrir zonas de Málaga, con experiencia en la obtención de contactos de deudores ilocalizados, tratando de llegar a acuerdos amistosos para cancelar la deuda en términos ventajosos para ambas partes; además de haber realizado visitas presenciales a los colaterales. De este modo, te animamos a que te inscribas y hagas parte de este gran equipo.

¿A qué te dedicarás en tu día a día?

  • Organización y realización de visitas a los activos.
  • Llevar a cabo la estrategia óptima, tratando de maximizar la recuperación de la deuda, utilizando las palancas necesarias.
  • Elaborar acuerdos y presentar propuestas de resolución.
  • Reporting y seguimiento de la propiedad en nuestros sistemas informáticos.
  • Resolución de incidencias de manera rápida y precisa.
  • Alcanzar los targets establecidos para la cartera.

¿Qué conocimientos y habilidades deberás tener para triunfar en la posición?

Es indispensable que tengas y/o conozcas de:

  • Experiencia mínima 3-5 años en puesto similar.
  • Conocimiento de diferentes palancas de negociación de deuda judicializada.
  • Paquete Office especialmente conocimiento de Excel.
  • Capacidad de comunicación y de negociación.

Valorable:

  • Conocimiento de palancas judiciales, sobre todo de los procesos hipotecario y concursal.
  • Nivel de inglés (hablado y escrito).

Buscamos personas que tengan:

  • Elevado sentido de responsabilidad.
  • Buena capacidad de comunicación y de escucha.
  • Alta capacidad de negociación con deudores, administradores concursales y abogados.
