For our office in Costa Blanca, we are searching for Experienced Real Estate Agents to join our team

We provide our agents with the tools and support they need to succeed. Our dedicated back-office team handles developments, legal matters, and administration, allowing our trained professional agents to focus on what they do best: serving our clients.

Why Work With Us?
  1. Focus on selling new build properties with high commissions.
  2. Earn €6,000-9,000 / month, with top agents exceeding €18,000 / month.
  3. Pre-qualified leads and pre-booked meetings to boost sales.
  4. Access to updated property info (price lists, floor plans, etc.).
  5. Comprehensive training and ongoing support.
  6. We handle marketing and admin - focus solely on sales.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide exceptional service to clients from initial contact to property acquisition.
  2. Conduct online meetings and create personalized property tours.
  3. Show properties, negotiate deals, and assist clients with legal representation.
  4. Keep clients updated on property and market changes.
What We Offer:
  1. Ongoing training and full support from Sales Managers and Back Office.
  2. Commission starting from 30%.
  3. Receive dedicated support from Sales Managers and Back Office staff.
  4. Get a local phone number for client communication with free unlimited calls.
Requirements:
  1. Must have experience in the real estate industry and knowledge of Costa Blanca.
  2. Familiarity with Costa Blanca's areas, especially key regions.
  3. Must have a driver’s license and access to a car.
  4. Open to working in the office 2-3 days per week for training and support purposes.
  5. Fluency in English is a must. Additional languages are an advantage, including Czech, Flemish, Dutch, or Native English.
  6. Strong preference for selling new build properties over resales.
Application Process:
  1. Initial Selection: All candidates will be assessed based on submitted information.
  2. Screening: Selected candidates will be contacted for a brief screening interview.
  3. In-Person Interview: If selected, you'll meet our Sales Manager, Jacques, in Alicante.
  4. Follow-Up: Candidates will receive feedback within seven days after the interview.
