Your glory mission As Data Analytics Development Manager atgloryfeel, you will be responsible for the implementation of a BIsolution using SQL databases, cloud solutions and API interfaceswith a focus on analyzing and providing valid calculations andevaluations for the operational area as well as for management.
In this role, you will work closely with our teams andbuild a structured understanding of the individual processes. Aninitial insight into the data structures of e-commerce platforms isan advantage, but not essential.
- Data analysis: You perform comprehensive data analysis to gaininsights into customer behavior, campaign performance and markettrends.
- Extract, transform and load data -from various sources with different APIs and data structures.
- Application of predictive analytics: Youapply predictive analytics to predict marketing results, customerbehavior and product trends.
- Collaborationwith marketing teams: You will work closely with the marketingteams to provide data-based recommendations for KPI improvement
- Ensuring data quality: You monitor andensure data quality and integrity in marketing databases andanalytics platforms
- Creation of earlywarning systems and indicators: You create an early warning systemfor the different areas to facilitate the management of workflowsand priorities.
- You are a team player and havevery good communication skills.
- You areproficient in writing complex SQL queries for data extraction,transformation and analysis.
- Experience inPython or R for data manipulation, analysis and machine learning isan advantage.
- (Deep) knowledge in PowerBI(preferred, or similar tools) for creating advanced reports anddashboards, including understanding of DAX for custom calculationsand measures, as well as Power Query for data transformation.
- Familiarity with the data structures andmetrics of advertising platforms, AWS, Google Cloud or Azure.
- Strong analytical skills to calculate andinterpret marketing/business KPIs.
- You havethe desire to develop yourself and take our business to the nextlevel
- Amazon Marketplace Cloud experience -it's a plus, not a must - we develop together
