What You Will Do:
The Supervisor de Parques Eólicos will play a key role focused on overseeing the execution of asset maintenance.
Main Responsibilities:
- Supervise and review the operational performance of the assets according to agreed KPIs for availability, downtime causes, and efficiency parameters (power curves, solar performance indices).
- Participate in investigating low equipment performance issues and propose improvement initiatives including service providers.
- Conduct site visits/inspections according to the agreed annual program to validate conditions, performance/compliance with health, quality, and environmental standards, and the status of key improvement initiatives.
- Participate in the investigation and "Root Cause Analysis" of significant incidents and/or failures.
- Support the business development function regarding technical aspects and asset performance related to new facility development opportunities.
- Monitor Predictive Reports of the facilities.
- Manage and direct the maintenance activities of the park.
- Monitor the economic budget of the assets.
- Conduct feasibility studies, risks, and costs of various solutions considered for each project.
- Report on service progress in the area, anticipating unforeseen events and potential deviations.
- Represent the company before different local authorities and others.
What We Are Looking For:
- Higher Education or Degree in Technical or Engineering areas.
- 5 years of experience in the operational area of renewable assets.
- Person with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills; able to adapt and thrive in a dynamic environment, whether working in a team or independently.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience with process improvements.
- Advanced computing skills including Excel and Word.
- Knowledge of wind, solar, and thermosolar technologies.
