•Responsible for the implementation of mechanical and electrical maintenance systems and managing modification and improvement projects

•Manage the allocation of mechanical and electrical maintenance resources and develop and control the plant’s maintenance budget to provide an efficient and cost-effective operation

•Ensure appropriate risk assessments and method statements are in place

•Facilitate the teaching and development of the maintenance staff

•Manage staffing levels requirements

•Manage the maintenance budget including

•Create a TPM and Spare part control systems

Our requirements

We assume that you think and act independently and entrepreneurially, that you can organize yourself well and that you are a motivated, pragmatic team player with a "hands-on" mentality and a "can-do" attitude who is very familiar with the current Microsoft 365 products. In addition, we specifically expect this from you:

•Experience TPM and/or Lean initiatives such as Six and S5e

•Capable and willingness to grow within and to be mobile nationally or internationally

•Strong maintenance operations knowledge

•Degree in Electronic Engineering, Industrial Technology, Business Management

•Good written & spoken English, willingness to learn Spanish
