¿Qué harás en tu nuevo puesto?
Performance: Ensures that AP KPI's are monitored, reaching the Group Targets. Actions proposal, internal and for countriesOrganize/prioritize and coordinate the AP functions regarding invoice processing, workflows resolution, auditing, ensuring accurate and timely payment processing.Drive process standardization and reduce inefficiencies, whilst ensuring the delivery of project roadmap.Business partnership in collaboration with countries and ensure priorities alignments, local & SSC speaking the same language & convert our expertise into insights. Review and comment on AP aging.Review AP Key Controls.Ensure strong segregation of duties and reduce risks of fraud. Maintain a thorough understanding of ReadSoft processes and procedures.Ensures all month end reporting and processes are completed accurately and timely.Ensures proper maintenance, filing, and storage of records in case of audits.Risks/issues anticipation/scalation to P2P manager.Performs other related duties as assigned¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?
