Reportando directamente al Supervisor de Restaurante, sus principales responsabilidades serán:

¿Qué harás en esta posición?

Supervisar el servicio en una sección designada del restaurante, asegurando una experiencia de calidad para el cliente.Tomar pedidos y servir platos.Gestionar la satisfacción del cliente y resolver cualquier problema que pueda surgir.Coordinar con la cocina para garantizar una comunicación fluida y eficiente.Capacitar al personal del comedor.Preparar la sala antes del servicio y mantener la limpieza en su espacio de trabajo.Velar por la aplicación de los estándares del establecimiento y personalizar la experiencia para cada cliente, garantizando una experiencia memorable.

Para lograr cumplir a cabalidad con la posición, es muy importante que cuentes con estas características:

¿Qué deberías tener previamente?

Experiencia previa de al menos 1 año en el rolExperiencia en restaurantes 5 estrellas o crucerosNivel de Inglés intermedio avanzado y un idioma adicional: Francés, Español, Italiano, Griego o Alemán.
