Our unique concept revolves around hyper-local production and sourcing, and we're proud to have design, production, marketing, and retail all under one roof in the vibrant heart of El Born, Barcelona.

Since our doors opened, Atelier Madre has not only made a name for itself in Barcelona but has also caught the attention of bag enthusiasts from around the globe.

Our store has become a must-visit destination for travelers, and our business is expanding both offline and online.

Job Description


We're on the lookout for someone to join our team who shares our passion for creating high-quality bags and values long-term commitment.

If you're trustworthy, detail-oriented, and efficient in crafting beautiful bags, you might just be the perfect fit.


This position offers flexibility, ranging from part-time (20 hours) to full-time (40 hours) hours, and our store is open every day from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM.


Your Daily Adventure at Atelier Madre Includes:
Bringing leather bags and accessories to life in our modern workshop in El Born.
Engaging with customers, sharing your expertise, and helping them find their perfect bag in our store.

In the spirit of a startup, there could be other responsibilities waiting for you.

Who We're Looking For:

Whether you're experienced or have a background in fashion, sewing, design, modelmaking, or similar fields, your craftmanship is highly valued here.

When customers meet you, they leave the atelier as friends (and hopefully bought a bag)
A good grasp of English to connect with customers from all corners of the world.
