¿Cuáles serán tus responsabilidades?
Gestionar los despachos de importación y exportación (terceros países) e introducción y expedición (UE), para las divisiones de venta, fábricas y empresas del Grupo Siemens S.A., de acuerdo con la legislación vigente y las necesidades de estos negocios.Gestionar la clasificación arancelaria de los materiales y las facturas de los agentes de aduanas.Tramitación y seguimiento de las facturas de los Agentes de Aduanas.
¿Qué conocimientos/habilidades necesitas para esta posición?
Formación en el ámbito empresarial (administración y dirección de empresas, logística y transporte, gestión aduanera, etc.).Experiencia en departamentos de gestión de aduanas y conocimiento en gestión de Despachos Aduaneros.Conocimientos avanzados de SAP y Microsoft Office.Buen nivel de inglésBuenas habilidades comunicativas y alto nivel de colaboración y coordinación con otros departamentos.
