Sinclair está reclutando actualmente un Medical Sales Representative para la división de equipos médicos de tecnologías diversas como láser, radiofrecuencia, criolipolisis, entre otros, en la zona de Andalucía.

El Rol:

Formando parte de un equipo de ventas nacional, la misión del Medical Sales Representative será desarrollar las ventas dentro del territorio de Andalucía, alcanzar los objetivos de crecimiento de negocio fijados por la compañía para el canal médico, y contribuir a construir y mantener un sólido conocimiento de la marca Sinclair dentro del territorio.

Responsabilidades clave:

Visitas diarias a médicos, auxiliares y responsables de clínicas para vender los dispositivos basados en energía (EBD) de Sinclair dentro del territorio asignado (Andalucía).Conseguir el posicionamiento y prestigio de la marca Sinclair en el territorio asignado.Captar y consolidar nuevos clientes.Concertar citas con clientes potenciales, identificando sus necesidades y operando mediante una venta consultiva.Desarrollar estrategias para aumentar las oportunidades de conocer nuevos contactos en el sector médico-estético.Alcanzar los objetivos comerciales fijados por la empresa.Elaborar informes diarios y semanales.Organización de eventos, conferencias y formación para médicos y demás personal sanitario.Presencia en congresos, ferias y otros eventos nacionales e internacionales para representar la marca Sinclair.Realizar presentaciones a clientes, mantenerse al día de los últimos datos clínicos suministrados por la empresa e interpretar, presentar y discutir estos datos con los profesionales sanitarios durante las presentaciones.Mantener una colaboración cruzada positiva con otros departamentos (clínica, marketing, atención al cliente, servicios técnicos, etc.).Tus cualificaciones y experiencia: ¿tienes lo que buscamos?Mínimo de 4 años de experiencia en ventas en el sector farmacéutico y/o de dispositivos médicos, preferiblemente con "capital equipment" o productos estéticos. Se valorará experiencia con clientes dermatólogos, cirujanos plásticos y médicos estéticos.Formación preferiblemente grado/licenciatura o similar en temas científicos o de base empresarial, o en su lugar, sólida experiencia en ventas en el sector médico.Muy deseable experiencia y conocimiento del sector de la Medicina Estética en España.Español nativo e inglés mínimo nivel medio-alto para asistir a formación, eventos, etc.Residencia en Sevilla ó Málaga y disponibilidad para realizar desplazamientos dentro de la zona asignada.Un poco sobre ti: ¿encajas en esta descripción?Habilidades interpersonales y comunicativas para generar una relación de confianza con los clientes, así como capacidad de impacto/influencia en la generación de una venta consultiva enfocada a la consecución de objetivos.Capacidad organizativa y de planificación para abordar con eficiencia la gestión de su zona.Orientación al cliente y a resultados.Adaptabilidad y flexibilidad para responder ante nuevas situaciones y a un entorno de compañía altamente dinámico.Perseverancia, constancia y resiliencia.Autocontrol, templanza y gestión de la presión.Lo que ofrecemos:Salario fijo competitivo alineado con el mercado + variable asociado a las ventas.Seguro médico + dental.Vehículo de compañía.Modelo de trabajo en remoto.Horario flexible de 8 a 9:30 y de 17 a 18:30h y viernes de 8 a 14h.Ambiente dinámico e internacional.
