Conduct thorough financial due diligence on projects related to energy transition and natural resources, analysing financial statements, cost structures, and revenue projections to assess investment potential and risksIdentify and evaluate financial risks specific to the energy transition and natural resources, such as commodity price fluctuations, regulatory changes, and environmental considerations, to inform strategic decision-making and risk mitigation strategiesDevelop and maintain sophisticated financial models tailored to energy transition and natural resources, incorporating variables such as resource extraction costs, market demand dynamics, and sustainability factors to assess project economics and financial feasibilityProvide strategic guidance and recommendations based on financial analysis and due diligence findings, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to optimize resource allocation, project prioritization, and long-term financial sustainabilityPrepare comprehensive reports and presentations summarizing financial due diligence findings, key risk factors, and investment opportunities for internal stakeholders and potential investors, ensuring transparency and alignment with strategic objectivesLead the financial due diligence process, coordinating with technical experts, legal counsel, and external advisors to streamline workflows, meet deadlines, and facilitate informed decision-making by senior managementStay informed about relevant financial regulations, accounting standards, and environmental regulations impacting the industry, ensuring compliance and adherence to ethical and sustainable practices throughout project evaluation and executionStay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in energy transition and natural resources, and sustainable finance, proactively identifying opportunities for process optimisation, innovation, and strategic partnerships to enhance our competitive advantage and drive long-term value creation ¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)? A minimum of a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field required.A master's degree or specialized certification in Sustainable Finance or Energy Economics could be advantageous4-8 years of experience in financial analysis, due diligence, or investment banking, with a focus on upstream natural resources projectsKnowledge of and experience in working on all 3 cash flow modelsDemonstrated understanding of energy transition and natural resources, including knowledge of the upstream domainStrong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills, with proficiency in financial modelling, data interpretation, and risk assessment methodologies tailored to the unique challenges and opportunities of the industryExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts and insights clearly and persuasively to all stakeholdersStrategic mindset with the ability to anticipate market trends, assess competitive landscapes, and identify strategic growth opportunitiesProven leadership abilities, with experience in leading teams, fostering collaboration, and driving results in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment ¿Cuáles son tus beneficios?
