Educación: Ingeniería Industrial/Organización o similar – otras ingenierías a valorar, en función de la experiencia. Se valorará Máster en Gestión de Proyectos/Organización o similar. Especialidad: Preferentemente Organización Industrial o Ingeniería de Producto. Experiencia previa: 3 - 5 años de experiencia gestión de proyectos (planificación multiproyecto y control económico). Idiomas: Nivel alto de Inglés (C1/B2), hablado y escrito. Valorable un nivel medio/alto de idiomas adicionales: Alemán (preferentemente), o Francés Conocimientos informáticos: Imprescindibles conocimientos informáticos de nivel avanzado: Office y herramientas de gestión. Se valorarán conocimientos informáticos en software para: Planificación (Concerto, Primavera, SAP, Microsoft Project, etc.) Herramientas de reporting: PowerBI, PowerApps Aplicación de metodologías ágiles (Trello, Jira, etc) Sistemas PLM preferentes: Teamcenter / NX (Unigraphics), ERP: SAP OBJETIVOControl, seguimiento, sincronización y coordinación de la cartera de proyectos de la empresa en el área de Ingeniería (recursos, tareas, plazos, presupuesto/costes). Analizar posibilidades de mejora del sistema, e implementación de planes de acción.
ACTIVIDADES A DESARROLLAR
Planificación, monitorización y seguimiento de cada fase de los proyectos identificando los riesgos a nivel de plazos, gestión de tareas y recursos, y presupuestos, entre otras variables. Ejecución de acciones de corrección en la planificación y ajuste de avances en caso de necesidad y elaboración de escenarios según las distintas correcciones y ajustes. Preparación de resúmenes, reportes, informes y presentaciones de avance de los proyectos y control presupuestario de los mismos. Definir e implementar metodologías y procedimientos de trabajo para Ingeniería y si procede, consensuadas con el resto de departamentos. Formar, soportar y vigilar el uso de dichas metodologías y procedimientos de trabajo. CONOCIMIENTOS TECNICOS Se valorará experiencia en planificación y gestión en entornos multi-proyecto: económica, recursos, planificación. Valorable experiencia en integración de herramientas de planificación y control de proyectos. HABILIDADES DE GESTIONValorable experiencia laboral en puestos similares de gestión de Proyectos y Planificación, así como en el extranjero.
