PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1: Conduct periodic reports to identify potential RM benefits based on:Automation: develop tools that helps to track and identify opportunities and risks on pricing, pack-price architecture and profit pool

Sinergy:
analyse and identify opportunities across channels maximizing profitability (On Trade & Off Trade with a marketing view)

Reporting:
collect, analyse and present relevant data to contribute to the company's strategic decision making

Data transformation:
participate in the data transformation process, ensuring data quality, integrity, and consistency. Use data cleansing, manipulation, and structuring techniques and tools to prepare data for analysis and visualization.

Data visualization:
Design and create effective visualizations that convey complex information clearly and attractively. Utilize data visualization tools and techniques to present patterns, trends, and relevant findings in an intuitive and understandable manner.

2: Engage in the establishment and ongoing monitoring of business strategy objectives:
Track & monitor Business performance throughout the year vs targets/guardrails.
Escalate out-of-guardrail pricing, promo or trade terms for sign-off.

3: Engage in continuous reporting improvement cycle:
Conduct annual assessment; define and execute resulting reporting agenda for coming year.
Train relevant functions on reporting topics, tools, frameworks and advanced analytics techniques.
Encourage the continuous improvement of reporting content & processes through automation and innovative solutions.

4: Support the rest of the areas according to the company's financial strategy:
Support Finance in resource allocation/funding and assist Finance in setting pricing targets based on collective insights and recommendations.
Support Sales with development of account plans and promo calendar.
Support Sales to maximize the growth and margins.
Support Marketing with setting optimal brand / portfolio pricing.o Support innovation agenda with analysis of market prospects.

EXPERIENCE/COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:


Bachelor in engineering, Computer Science, statistics, Robotics or a related field (desirably master's degree in data science or advanced analytics).2 – 7 years experience, preferably in revenue management and/or consulting, and desirably in FMCG.Fluent English speaker.

Strong strategic analytical skills – ability to review complex, ambiguous/incomplete data, pulling out key insights. Important to have high Excel skills and experience with programming languages focused on advanced data analytics (Pyhton, R, SAS, ACL Analytics...)

Ability to visually present analysis, key insights, facts & figures in a compelling way; tailor content to audience. Important to have high PowerPoint skills and experience with data visualization tools (PowerBi, Tableau, Qlik, etc.)

Desired skills:
Intellectual curiosity and ability to search out facts without prior process/guidance.
Passion for delivering result, take ownership and translating insights into concise practical plans for execution.
Strong interpersonal/communication/influencing skills to win support and drive decision making with stakeholders.
Ability to effectively communicate analysis results and visualizations to different audiences.

High level of cross functional cooperation:

effectively partnering with comm, control, account & brand teamsCommercial acumen: understanding customer landscape and how to get financial insights translated to shop floor.
