Descripción del proyecto:
Como IT Project Manager, serás responsable de dirigir y coordinar proyectos tecnológicos de manera eficiente, garantizando la entrega de soluciones innovadoras a tiempo. Maximizarás la eficiencia y calidad del equipo, asegurando la alineación con los objetivos estratégicos de la organización, y fomentarás la excelencia operativa y la satisfacción del cliente mediante una gestión proactiva y orientada a resultados.
Perfil:
Titulación: Ingeniería informática o equivalente. Valorable certificación de PMO o similares. Experiencia mínima: 5 años.
Requisitos imprescindibles:
Experiencia comprobada en coordinación de proyectos y procesos IT.Experiencia trabajando con stakeholders y en gestión de equipos, incluyendo la capacidad para establecer credibilidad temprana, construir relaciones sólidas, gestionar expectativas, proporcionar orientación sensible, lograr consenso y resolver conflictos.Enfoque fuertemente orientado a resultados, con habilidades para resolver problemas a tiempo y apoyar activamente objetivos de mejores prácticas.Experiencia en entornos de governance, delivery, presupuesto y finanzas.
Requisitos deseables:
Experiencia con herramientas como Jira, Confluence, MS Project o herramientas de análisis de datos como Power BI.Orientación al dato y capacidad de síntesis.Buen nivel de inglés conversacional para participar en proyectos internacionales.
Horario:
Flexible, con horario de ingreso entre 8:00 y 9:30 hs y egreso entre 17:00 y 18:30 hs.
Modalidad y ubicación:
Híbrido con 2 días en oficina en Barcelona o Madrid.
