What's the job?

As Banquets Manager you will be responsible for supervising C&B team, ensuring the service is on point and solving any issue reported by the team.

Reports to the Director of Food & Beverage

Your day-to-day:

  • Support the Director of Food & Beverage in any required task.
  • Coordinate setup requirements for the events according to the BEOs, communicate directly with group contacts and sales department to ensure that all details of the function are carried out, ensure quality and timeliness of all food and beverage items.
  • Train staff on food & liquor control policies and procedures.
  • Ensure C&B food & beverage team provides excellent service and continually strives to exceed expectations.
  • Observe physical condition of facilities and equipment in the banquet area and make recommendations for corrections and improvements as needed.
  • Ensure service and other standards according to SOPs are adhered to.
  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of beverages to meet set standards.
  • Oversee staff training and carry out onthejob training where required.
