About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Head of Finance to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in managing our financial health, overseeing all financial planning and analysis activities, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the industrial/manufacturing environment, particularly with experience in financial management for inventory management and logistics.Strong background in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A).Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and provide insights.Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.Proficiency in financial technology tools and software (e.g., Excel, accounting suites, ERP systems).Highly methodical and detail-oriented, with a strong numerical aptitude and an orientation towards delivering precise and actionable data-driven insights.Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.Work Authorization: Must have work authorization in Spain (no visa sponsorship available).
