ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT

To strengthen our Finance team in Alcalá de Henares, we are looking for an accounting specialist for a 6-8 month contract at 70% capacity.

ROLE

  • Develop daily operations within accounting department: Invoices, coordinate payments, manage corporate credit cards and employee expenses...
  • Prepare proper information and documentation for taxes purposes.
  • Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles.
  • Support annual audits and work together with external annual auditors.
  • Participate in monthly financial closures.
  • Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions.
  • Meet financial accounting objectives.

PROFILE

  • Technical degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
  • At least 2years of working experience in accounting or finance.
  • Experience working with SAP4HANNA would be an asset
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good oral and writing communication skills in English
