Prep, Rep

Tasks
RIB Club is looking for to fill a position for a Prep, Rep & Maintenance Technician (on-shore, year-round position).

The candidate should be Ibiza-based and able to travel between different marinas in Ibiza, Santa Eulalia Botafoc and additional Mediterranean locations, as needed.

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• performing daily RIB cleaning and maintenance;

- working on various refit projects (surface works, engine servicing, refurbs, etc.);
- liaising with local suppliers and collaborating with them on different MRO projects;
- refuelling;
- organizing sea trials and orientations for (prospective) members.

Basic requirements for candidates:
- experience in boat maintenance, repairs and mechanics (previous boat engineering experience or expertise in any marine refit/refurb field is a plus);
- driver ́s license and a personal car;
- boat licence (PER or similar);
- fluent Spanish;
- fluent, advanced or upper intermediate level of English;
- any additional languages are a plus.
We offer a full-time, year-round permanent contract. The salary will be in line with the candidate ́s experience and skills.
