For Electronic (House) Music EVENTS in Barcelona, we are looking for an EVENT PLANNER living in Barcelona to help us organizing our events.

This is a fully-remote part-time role; 10 hours/week. We offer a temporary contract likely to be extended. Compensation is fixed + % profits.

Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate all aspects of our events end-to-end.
  2. Source venues, photographer, DJs, equipment, door-host, security, lights.
  3. Keep budget in mind when outsourcing services.
  4. Keep our SMM updated (who's in charge of content & advertising).
  5. Promote our event.
  6. Manage the guest-list.
  7. Arrange decoration within the venue.Skills:
    1. Music Events planning experience.
    2. Budgeting outsourced services.
    3. Creative and autonomous.
    4. Familiarity with the house music scene (DJs & Venues).
    5. Knows suppliers to outsource these tasks.
