Job Description
As member of the Continental Europe Order to Cash (O2C) department and supervising the Billing & Compliance team, your main responsibilities will be:
Being responsible for the full cycle processing of customer invoicesMonitoring the status of accounts and balances and identify inconsistenciesSupervising the reconciliation of revenue accountsEnsuring billing corrections are issued in a proper manner in close collaboration with Cash Collectors & AR team.Being responsible for the Monthly Revenue Recognition Closing according to Group PolicyWriting thorough reports on billing activity with clear and reliable data to be reported to the Local Front OfficeLiaising with internal and external customers to support business processesLeading the team through the implementation of new processes, tools and best practicesPlaying a leading role in Finance Improvement related projects
The Successful Applicant
Previous experience in a similar supervisory/managerial role 2 yearsAbility to supervise and motivate a team of Billing & Compliance SpecialistsDynamic, organized with a methodical approachGood negotiation and communication skills (spoken and written)Customer focusAbility to work under pressure to attain company objectivesCapable of working in several transformation projects at the same timeFluent and professional English and Italian is a must, any other European language is highly valued
