Buscamos veterinario/a o biólogo/a, o titulación científico-médica similar, especializado en el campo de la microbiología veterinaria y en enfermedades infecciosas

Descripción del puesto de trabajo

En tu función de Lab Manager de Microbiología y Enfermedades infecciosas, reportarás al Lab Manager de España. Serás responsable del buen funcionamiento del departamento, tanto a nivel disciplinar como profesional. Motivado y comprometido, impulsarás el procesamiento de nuevos proyectos y procedimientos de pruebas y garantizarás su implementación oportuna. Además, entre las responsabilidades está el liderazgo y supervisión del equipo.

Requisitos para el puesto

  • Sólidos conocimientos especializados y experiencia práctica en el campo de la microbiología y enfermedades infecciosas, preferentemente en el ámbito de animales de compañia
  • Se desea experiencia en tareas de gestión y liderazgo de equipos.
  • Dar soporte en la coordinación de los flujos de trabajo y la consecución de los indicadores clave de rendimiento (KPI).
  • Conocimiento de office a nivel usuario y manejo de LIS
  • Una conducta abierta y segura, así como habilidades de comunicarse con compañeros de diversas áreas y clientes
  • Manejo fluido del inglés, escrito y hablado

  • Capacidad para fomentar desarrollo profesional de los empleados, así como dar soporte para alcanzar sus objetivos profesionales
  • Participar y fomentar mejoras de procesos con el equipo
  • Trabajar en colaboración directa con el manager del laboratorio y otros compañeros o compañeras, para obtener resultados de calidad
  • Apoyar y fomentar la colaboración con otras áreas de la organización para impulsar la comunicación y el crecimiento de la compañía
  • Mantener un buen nivel de comunicación con tu equipo, garantizando un ambiente de trabajo agradable.
  • Por último, aportar entusiasmo y pasión por el trabajo en equipo, el éxito, la innovación y la excelencia en el centro de tus funciones.
