ENGLISH IS A MUST - BILINGUAL OR NATIVE.The Digital Marketing Specialist position requires an individual with high organizational skills, digital technical skills and a creative mind.
The main task is to manage various projects and ensure that the digital plans and actions are executed in line with the brand strategy and within deadlines.
Key ResponsibilitiesSOCIAL MEDIAStrategy definition:
define editorial lines and ensure markets implement the new approach.
- Oversee development of assets for markets distribution: coordinate with North America to integrate new strategic needs within their content production and monthly social calendars.
- Create Social guidelines and ensure all markets implement the aligned strategy.
Reporting:
establish objectives and track evolution of KPIs cross markets: centralize reporting and analyse to ensure the social strategy is data-driven.
- Define how to launch strategy in social for key NPDs.
PAID MEDIA
- Lead paid media strategy and coordinate execution with key markets (with a centralized agency).
Reporting:
establish objectives and track evolution of KPIs cross markets.
INFLUENCE MARKETING
Influence marketing:
work with North America to ensure the Influencer Marketing strategy fully answers global needs
ELEARNING:
- Lead the integration of the brand into the Always on platform.
- Define KPIs for global and per markets and ensure monthly touchpoints with Markets to overview evolution.
Content review:
ensure educational content meets elearning standards.
Content upload:
upload courses to the platform and ensure markets localize.
Email marketing:
provide AC specific emails or email blocks to include within email marketing plan.
- Agency management
WEB, SEO and Ebusiness:
Phased intake of responsibilities over 2 years:
Year 1:
o Ebus:
- Train the north American team to ensure they provide best in class ebusiness guidelines and assets
o web&SEO:
- Coordinate AC integration for 2025
Year 2:
o Ebus: Lead ebusiness content delivery with guidelines and asset packs. Reporting of assets implementation (yearly audits).
o Web&SEO:
Responsible for new content upload (brand pages, PdP...)SEO for AC (blog and measurement)Web traffic and etail / ecom optimizationCROAnalyticsReportingOTHER
- Lead cross-functional meetings with Global Marketing, Education and Markets to address monthly strategy and priorities.
- Coordinate work with digital and marketing agencies.
- Manage budget.
- 5+ years of relevant experience with substantial experience in social and paid media.
- Proven record of delivering results in online advertising environment.
- Strong analytic and quantitative skills - ability to use data to develop and measure marketing plans.
- GA4 and GTM experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and an ability to influence others.
- Fluent written and spoken Spanish and English.
- Bachelor Degree.
