¿Qué es lo que harás en Allianz?

Diseñar experiencias para nuestros clientes que aseguren la fidelización y retención, potenciando la personalización y propuestas de valor novedosas tanto offline como online. Colaborar estrechamente con las diferentes áreas de la compañía para garantizar que los productos y servicios se diseñan respetando las necesidades y preferencias de los clientes, además de atender a los objetivos comerciales y de negocio. Analizar datos y métricas clave para identificar oportunidades de mejora en la experiencia del cliente y proponer soluciones efectivas. Impulsar metodologías de trabajo colaborativo entre áreas para determinar el customer journey óptimo. Liderar investigación de clientes necesaria para impulsar mejoras en el customer journey.

¿Qué necesita Allianz de ti?

Formación Académica Universitaria o Formación Profesional Superior finalizada correctamente (deseable); Experiencia previa en roles relacionados con CX/UX, preferiblemente en entornos de servicios o tecnología. Conocimiento sólido de metodologías de User Experience y Customer Experience. Habilidades excepcionales de comunicación y capacidad para colaborar efectivamente con equipos interdisciplinares. Capacidad demostrada para gestionar proyectos de manera eficiente, priorizando tareas y cumpliendo con plazos establecidos. Orientación a resultados, con un enfoque en la mejora continua y la innovación en la experiencia del cliente. Buen dominio del idioma inglés (B2)
