Funciones
Coordinar y gestionar a los Encargados, Responsables de Equipo y personal operativo adscrito a los centros que están bajo su responsabilidad, para garantizar la calidad adecuada en la prestación del servicio, así como solucionar las eventuales incidencias que se pudieran producir.
Controlar que se cumplan las previsiones de mano de obra, producto y gastos previstos para cumplir con las obligaciones contratadas.
Mantener relación con el cliente en lo que se refiere al día a día operativo.
Puesta en marcha de nuevos servicios, con el apoyo de la gerencia de la Unidad de Negocio y de acuerdo con la oferta y contrato de prestación de servicios firmado.
Elaboración de informes de productividad.
Gestionar y controlar los pedidos de compras.
Colaborar con gerencia en los proyectos de mejora continua.
Requisitos mínimos
- Titulación de grado medio, técnico/a especialista de segundo grado y/o con experiencia dilatada en el puesto de trabajo.
- Se valorará de forma positiva la formación universitaria en Ingeniería Técnica, Ingeniería Industrial o Arquitectura.
- Imprescindible inglés fluido.
- Base de conocimientos en gestión de servicios .
- Dominio de herramientas informáticas.
- Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en un puesto similar gestionando equipos-servicios.
