BBVA Corporate & Investment Banking (BBVA CIB) engloba las actividades de banca de inversión, mercados globales, productos de financiación y servicios transaccionales para clientes corporativos e inversores institucionales.

Te incorporarás al equipo DPM (Data Portfolio Manager), un equipo de estrategia donde lideramos para CIB la transformación "Data-Driven" del área.

SOBRE EL PUESTO

El día a día de la función DPM es conectar la estrategia Data del grupo liderada desde Data Holding con la realidad del negocio CIB. Esto implica trabajar con:

la unidad de Data para entender e influir en la estrategia, así como con el resto de equipos DPM del grupola unidad de Sostenibilidad para alinear proyectos e iniciativas CIB y globaleslas áreas de negocio CIB para entender su realidad y necesidadeslas áreas de Engineering para habilitar las herramientas tecnológicas sobre las que se apalanca la transformación "data-driven"los equipos de CIB Data en los países, para la coordinación global y la llegada a todos los negocios de nuestro footprintlos equipos de analítica avanzada en Holding para facilitar su actividad y reducir el tiempo de entrega de los productos de datosSOBRE TI

Tu misión será coordinar, promover e impulsar las iniciativas y proyectos de la agenda de Data de CIB, con foco en el cambio de cultura y mindset de la organización a través del establecimiento y desarrollo del plan de comunicación, siendo también responsable del seguimiento de los KPis de éxito y progreso del plan de comunicación. Asimismo, apoyarás al responsable del equipo de Data Strategy de CIB en las tareas de desarrollo de negocio y estrategia, y en el apoyo a la PMO de proyectos estratégicos de Data.
