They are looking for someone who has experience managing multiple high end restaurants at the same time, high volumes, and who is great with numbers but also enjoys being on the floor working with the teams.

About the role:
Develop, design, and implement processes, equipment improvements, and resource optimizationOrganize and train teams for new restaurant staffProvide kitchen managers with training in management, including kitchen operations, waste control, HACCP, and team managementContinuously seek gastronomic improvements, including menu changes, sales strategies, dish enhancements, and tableware selectionSupervise, manage, and ensure quality control in each kitchen within the groupSearch for incentives and structural improvements to minimize staff turnoverImplement allergen identification cardsThis is you:Proven experience as an executive chef managing multiple high end restaurantsHigh volumen experienceHands on approachStrong leadership and management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesUnderstanding of budgeting and financial managementStrong organizational and time management skillsPassion for the hospitality industryMust Speak Spanish and have international experience
