Position Summary

Job Title: Quality Manager , Operations

Job Objective:

Ensure the highest quality products are shipped to the customer.Develop Business processes and maps.Ensure that products are compliant to the latest legislation.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Control, maintain and monitor quality standards within operations.Ensure manufactured and configured product is to the correct standards.Develop a QMS system with process maps and operating instructions where requiredUse Q Pulse or similar document management system for the control of documents.Be actively involved in improving business process and value engineering.Create an internal audit system based on ISO 9001 principles.Ensure that new products are introduced efficiently into operations from the supply chain, LNW and contract manufacturers.Collect and analyse quality data for vendor rating and feedback.Assist in diagnosis of issues internal in production and from the customer estate.Create and maintain production check sheets in an electronic format.Ensure that processes are managed effectively and follow up with correction, root cause and corrective actions where applicable. Actively review the latest compliance regulations to ensure LNW are compliant.

Candidate Requirements:

Preferred with previous experience in a multinational company, ideally in ISO 9001 and/or lean operations environment.Fluent in English. Must have good communication skills.Must be proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.Must be able to work on own initiative and act as part of a team. Must be able to multi-task.Must have strong customer focus.Must be able to review and work from technical drawings. Must be analytical and be able to manipulate and produce numerical data.
