Se requiere:
Pasión y gran empatía por la atención de cara al publico.
Habilidad de mantener la calma y la dedicación al cliente durante la resolución de problemas.
Trabajo por objetivos, al igual que capacidad para la búsqueda de resolución de cualquier inconveniente.
Gran capacidad de comunicación, tanto verbal como escrita.
Preferiblemente, experiencia en sector Retail (sector tecnológico).
Afán de superación.
Facilidad de trabajo en equipo y como ser parte fundamental del mismo.
Conocimiento del producto Apple (filosofía y ecosistema).
Imprescindible cierta flexibilidad horaria, el horario de trabajo quedará sujeto a las necesidades de la tienda.
Buen nivel de Inglés oral y escrito.

Como Sales Assitant, en INTECAT serás una pieza fundamental en nuestros equipos, ya que queremos transmitir nuestra filosofía, ofrecer siempre el asesoramiento más personalizado y de alto nivel, para encontrar las mejores soluciones y a su vez saber transmitirlas a nuestros clientes.
No solo nos basamos en un producto o en la gran gama de accesorios adicionales al mismo, si no en la capacidad de ofrecer una experiencia única en nuestras tiendas, que haga sentir al cliente que se encuentra en el sitio adecuado para satisfacer todas sus necesidades o inquietudes.
Estar plenamente capacitado para poder afrontar todo tipo de situaciones en relación a la venta y primer contacto de asesoramiento técnico.
Usarás todos tus conocimientos, para poder ofrecer al cliente todas las posibilidades y soluciones que ofrecen los productos que se encuentran en nuestras tiendas.
En momentos en los que se deba atender a varios usuarios se tendrá plena capacidad para poder gestionar la situación, siendo plenamente consciente del tiempo que se debe dedicar y del que dispones.
Nuestro objetivo principal es el de un equipo plenamente formado que sea igual de capaz de formar tanto a clientes como sus propios compañeros, para crear un ámbito de trabajo inigualable.
