Entre los principales clientes de Knorr-Bremse España, se incluyen los más importantes operadores y fabricantes internacionales de vehículos ferroviarios como Renfe, SNCF, DB, Metro de Madrid y Alstom, Stadler, Talgo, CAF, Siemens o Hitachi y muchos más.
La persona seleccionada se encargará de asegurar la compra de componentes, coordinación de compras en proyectos industriales y optimización de costes.
Funciones
De acuerdo con las necesidades de los distintos clientes internos implicados, deberá asegurar el cumplimiento de los requisitos de los proyectos, manteniendo en la medida de lo posible, la estrategia de compra definida para la categoría asignada, una distribución equilibrada de la carga de trabajo a los proveedores con acuerdos implementados.Controlar el coste, calidad y plazo de entrega de la categoría asignada.Fijar los costes estándar de los materiales directos asignados en las plataformas informáticas designadas por la empresa.Será responsable también de cerrar con los proveedores los Contratos Marco, Pedidos Abiertos, condiciones generales de compra (precios, formas de pago, forma de entrega, plazo de entrega, penalizaciones, etc.).Formular métodos de trabajo alternativos con el objetivo de reducir costes, incrementar el valor y aplicar procesos "Lean".Soportar y promover la innovación y la estandarización en la compañía.Definir, junto a su gestor de categoría y resto de equipo de compras, la estrategia de compra global o local de las categorías asignadas.Crear, liderar y mantener un plan de ahorro para las categorías asignadas, considerando siempre los criterios de TCO.Dar soporte a los procesos de localización de la actividad de la empresa, en referencia al establecimiento de cada una de las cadenas de suministro.Recuperar los costes adicionales ocasionados por los proveedores a su cargo.Crear y liderar proyectos de ahorro de inventario de materiales comprados.Dar soporte a los equipos de oferta a clientes, en la forma establecida por los procedimientos internos.Planificar y seguir los pedidos de compra/venta de los materiales asignados a su control directo, antes de su transferencia a Aprovisionamiento.Asegurar la correcta comunicación entre la empresa y los proveedores asignados.RequisitosFormación: Ingeniero Técnico-Superior.Imprescindible nivel muy alto de inglés.Experiencia en proyectos internacionales, negociación internacional y coordinación de equipos de compradores dentro de un Grupo.Experiencia en control de resultados.Experiencia con SAP Material Management (MM).OfrecemosIncorporación a plantilla y retribución competitiva.* Como empresa inclusiva favorecemos el acceso al mercado laboral de personas con otras capacidades, aportando el correspondiente certificado de discapacidad.
