Ayudante/a de Marketing

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our growing marketing team.

The ideal candidate will assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, contribute to market research, manage social media accounts, and support day-to-day marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Support:
Assist in the creation, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns across various channels including email, social media, and web

Content Creation:
Support the development of marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, social media posts, and website content

Social Media Management:
Manage and grow the company's social media presence by creating engaging content and monitoring interactions

Market Research:
Conduct research to identify market trends, target audiences, and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies

Event Coordination:
Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events, trade shows, and webinars

Data Analysis:
Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and CRM systems

Administrative Support:
Provide administrative support to the marketing team including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining marketing databases

Collaboration:
Work closely with other departments such as sales, product development, and customer service to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with company goals

Experience:

1-2 years of experience in a marketing role or internship

Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).. Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram).. Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.
