Buscamos un Ingeniero DevOps que sea innovador y eficiente para unirse a nuestro equipo. El candidato ideal tendrá experiencia práctica en la orquestación de contenedores con Kubernetes y una sólida comprensión de las prácticas de DevOps, incluyendo la integración y entrega continuas (CI/CD) y la automatización de procesos.

El trabajo puede realizarse en remoto y no se requiere presencialidad.

Responsabilidades Principales:

  • Gestionar y mantener herramientas de CI/CD como Jenkins, ArgoCD y SonarQube, asegurando el control sobre el ciclo CI/CD.
  • Desarrollar y mantener pipeline en Jenkins, preferiblemente usando Groovy.
  • Gestionar Azure DevOps y servicios en el Portal de Azure.
  • Implementar y mantener clusters de Kubernetes, asegurando su alta disponibilidad, escalabilidad y seguridad.
  • Gestionar la seguridad de Kubernetes, incluyendo la implementación de network policies, gestión de secrets con Hashicorp Vault, manejo de cert-manager y implementación de herramientas para el control de políticas como Gatekeeper.
  • Integrar herramientas de seguridad de aplicaciones como Veracode para realizar análisis estático y dinámico, asegurando la detección de vulnerabilidades y la conformidad con los estándares de seguridad.
  • Configurar y optimizar herramientas de monitorización y observabilidad.
  • Implementar soluciones de control de costes como Kubecost para monitorear y gestionar eficientemente los recursos, optimizando el gasto en infraestructura.
  • Colaborar con equipos de desarrollo para integrar prácticas de DevOps.
  • Mantenerse actualizado con las últimas tendencias y tecnologías en Kubernetes y DevOps, aplicando las mejores prácticas para mejorar continuamente la infraestructura existente.

Requisitos Obligatorios:

  • Experiencia en la creación y uso de imágenes Docker.
  • Experiencia en la creación y uso de templates Helm.
  • Experiencia desarrollando pipelines CI/CD
  • Experiencia con scripting básico, preferiblemente Bash.
  • Mínimo de 3 años de experiencia en roles de DevOps con Kubernetes.
  • Los candidatos presentados deben tener la misma franja horaria que Madrid.

Calificaciones y Habilidades Valoradas:

  • Experiencia con ArgoCD para la gestión de despliegues GitOps
  • Conocimiento en la utilización de SonarQube para la mejora de la calidad del código.
  • Familiaridad con Tekton para la automatización de pipelines CI.
  • Conocimientos en redes, seguridad en la nube y gestión de identidades y accesos.
  • Conocimientos avanzados en la configuración y gestión de AKS, OpenShift, Amazon EKS o Google GKE.
  • Certificaciones relevantes en Kubernetes, como CKA, CKAD.
  • Habilidad para implementar y gestionar infraestructura como código (IaC) y automatización de procesos.
  • Capacidad para trabajar de manera efectiva en un entorno de equipo, así como de manera independiente.
