As a fashion designer, you will be responsible for the technical sheets throughout the entire process: prototype, sampling, production and quality follow-upYou send the necessary information to the manufacturers and you work closely with the stylistsYou organize fittings of prototypes and collection pieces, and you comment on these in consultation with the stylistsYou give final approval to the manufacturers for putting the collection into mass productionYou check the quality of the production upon deliveryIf necessary, you are responsible for handling complaintsYou work closely with the production vendors and provide them with the necessary technical information to ensure a seamless productionYou take care of the administrative follow-up of the records as well as the follow-up of the collection itemsExperince in fashion technology or any other relevant work experienceTechnical knowledge in determining garments' fit, quality and finishingUnderstanding of garments' construction, fit and finishingYou are specialized in the entire spectrum of women's clothing, incl. converting a fit into a gradation size chartYou have a good command of English and knowledge on technical termsHighly organized communicator, with an eye to the detailsProficient user of Excel, Outlook and Illustrator; Photoshop is an advantageWorking in problem-solving and independent way, but always in close collaboration with the stylists
