Breakfast Supervisor

As our Breakfast Supervisor you will play the role of providing
amazing experiences for our guests, build and guide your team to your
our standards, set dynamic guidelines for your team to work with and
ensure a smooth operation on a day-to-day basis.

Are you a person with the patience, personality and perseverance to progress in this role and enhance the culinary experience of the hotel's guests.

You must also be a good team player and be able to communicate effectively with our kitchen staff to ensure that orders are served accurately and promptly.

Drive maximum customer satisfaction and wellbeing (external and internal), through adherence to departmental and Hotel standards and procedures.

Main functions:

Collaborate with the Breakfast Manager to create standardisation documents (SOP, Check lists and trainings).Guide and motivate the team to achieve the set objectives, promoting constant recognition of the team's successes.Ensure the correct execution of the breakfast service planning.Ensure that the breakfast team provides a quality service, ensuring that all actions carried out are aimed at the loyalty and satisfaction of guests and the satisfaction of internal customersTo guarantee the correct invoicing of all tables and services, controlling and following up on payments.Ensuring the proper closing of shifts (cashing, cleaning, replenishment, etc.).Placing orders with breakfast suppliers.Assisting with monthly stock control.Ensure that the breakfast team has the necessary tools to work efficiently and provide the desired service to guests and clients.Ensure the optimum quality of all products and raw materials at the point of sale.Be an example and ambassador of the Sir Victor Mission, ensuring the ultimate satisfaction of external and internal customers and acting in the same way with the team.Represent the Breakfast manager in their absence.

Indefinite contractGross annual salary: 24.500€

Demonstrable working experience as a Supervisor or Shiftleader, preferably in a breakfast department.
Practical experience with cashiering and order management systems.
Fluency in English. Knowledge of another language would be an asset

Organisational and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
Effective active listening and communication skills and have a team spirit
