Our client is the Italian N°1 PLATFORM FOR ESG CROWDINVESTING SERVICES, which means:

ESG DIGITAL INVESTMENT PLATFORM: an end-to-end advantageous solution for companies and investors aimed at facilitating the financing of energy efficiency, renewable energy, and environmental sustainability projects. CROWDINVESTING is a world of innovative and digital financing services through which a promoter of an economic initiative, in this case, solely ESG projects, requests funds from a wide audience of potential investors (CROWDFUNDING) to initiate the project through a platform authorized at the European level and supervised by various National authorities.

After 4 years of growth in Italy, and after starting operations in Spain (consolidating all legal and administrative processes, commercial development, and marketing), our client is preparing to scale its operations in Spain and Portugal.

For This Reason, We Are Looking For

1 Country Manager Spain (Madrid)

The Country Manager will have at their disposal a substantial pipeline of already identified projects, a network of professional and associative relationships established, and selected and operational communication partners.

Activities And Responsibilities

Analyze the Spanish market for Renewable Energy, Environmental Sustainability, and Energy Efficiency to identify and contact potential project proposers.Analyze the financial market, particularly in CROWDINVESTING, to identify competitors/partners. Analyze the investor market, both institutional and private, to identify and design appropriate communication, marketing, and networking actions. Identify projects for funding, define a pipeline of opportunities, and oversee the activation process on the platform, coordinating with the Italian team for the evaluation of the proposer and the project. Draft contracts with the proposer and structure the fundraising campaign in collaboration with the Italian team and locally identified Digital Marketing companies. Promote the project within the community and create a network of private investors. Establish and maintain a network of contacts with Spanish financial institutions to attract local investors. Promote the project and the brand in the Spanish market. Monitor local development and present progress to management. Identify new market development opportunities and present them to management.

Skills

Previous experience in a similar role in Spain in related sectors: finance, renewable energy, or innovative startups.Knowledge of Digital and Social Marketing tools and strategies, useful for analyzing and selecting sector companies to collaborate with in Spain and managing relationships with the Italian team. Understanding of the energy and finance market and the regulatory framework regarding CROWDINVESTING in Spain. Commercial skills and knowledge of sales techniques for managing negotiations and closing contracts.

Fluent Languages

Spanish, Italian, and English.

Education/Training

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Marketing, or Finance in the FINTECH sector

Permanent contract with the local company, compensation commensurate with the profile, growth path within the new Country, performance-based bonuses.
