En Draxton Lleida, nuestra planta de mecanizado, ubicada entre Cervera y Tarrega, queremos incorporar a una persona que asuma el rol de Customer Quality Engineer.
En esta posición gestionarás la calidad del producto fabricado en interno y tratarás con
importantes clientes del sector.
Esta posición reporta jerárquica y funcionalmente a Dirección de Calidad.
Principales funciones:
- Coordinar las actividades de mejora de proceso con los diferentes departamentos implicados para reducir la variabilidad del proceso, defectologías y el Rechazo interno.
- Responsables de la gestión de los PDCA's de Ri y de Mejora continua.
- Reportar mediante análisis estadístico de proceso (SPC), paretos, Ishikawa's, etc., sobre los análisis de las causas raíces de las defectologías en los productos a los responsables de Calidad y Producción.
- Auditar el proceso/producto continuamente para garantizar que se siguen los procedimientos y el método de trabajo establecido que garantiza la calidad de la pieza.
- Participar conjuntamente con Ingeniería durante el desarrollo de un nuevo proyecto, así como en el análisis de resolución de problemas de diseño aportando los datos de proceso oportunos.
- Evaluar la efectividad de las contra-medidas establecidas por productos y actuar en consecuencia.
- Asegurar, mediante reuniones periódicas y re-training a los operarios implicados, el criterio de calidad precisado por los productos a la hora de verificarlos.
Para ser la persona seleccionada necesitarás:
- Formación: Graduado en Ingeniería.
- Experiencia mínima de 1 año en entornos de calidad.
- Nivel de Inglés avanzado C1.
