Empresa retail lujo multinacional, líder mundial en su sector, precisa incorporar Store Manager para Monobrand, cuya función será coordinar y supervisar al equipo, así como garantizar el cumplimento de los objetivos de venta asignados, la satisfacción del cliente e imagen de la firma, todo ello de acuerdo con las instrucciones de Dirección.

Funciones y Responsabilidades

  • Gestión de la Monobrand para conseguir los objetivos establecidos, realizando un seguimiento de los mismos.
  • Coordinar y aplicar los diferentes proyectos y planes de desarrollo con el equipo de la Monobrand, potenciando el crecimiento del mismo y garantizando su rentabilidad, adquiriendo una visión global del negocio.
  • Realizar seguimiento de los resultados de los inventarios realizados en tienda, control de stock, best sellers, etc.
  • Coordinar, supervisar e informar al equipo de la Monobrand de las actividades relacionadas con el mismo, de acuerdo a las instrucciones de Dirección, garantizando el cumplimiento de los objetivos de venta asignados, la satisfacción de los clientes e imagen de la firma. Gestión y reporting de horarios y ausencias.
  • Garantizar un servicio al cliente orientado a la excelencia, se precisa un alto nivel de calidad en el servicio al cliente,organizando y coordinando al equipo con la finalidad de garantizar el producto en términos de calidad y tiempo.
Se organizará y supervisará la postventa (prueba, entrega, plancha y compostura) asegurando el éxito y satisfacción del cliente.

  • Planificación de agenda diaria de citas, pruebas y tareas a realizar garantizando la organización de actividades en cuanto a recursos humanos y materiales.
  • Colaborar con el asesoramiento al cliente ofreciendo trato profesional en la elección del producto.
  • Supervisar y mantener el control sobre el Visual Merchandising y en general la imagen de la Monobrand según los estándares establecidos.
  • Reportar a Dirección sobre la evolución del negocio proporcionando una información actualizada que facilite la toma de decisiones Experiencia mínima 3 años en puesto similar en el sector retail/lujo. Persona proactiva, con habilidades comunicativas, motivación y energía. Alto nivel de calidad en servicio al cliente. Dotes de liderazgo y gestión de equipos. Imprescindible idioma inglés, se valorará italiano. Manejo del ambiente Windows.
