Funciones/ Responsabilidades:
Planificación del proyecto: El Project Manager es responsable de desarrollar un plan detallado del proyecto, definiendo los objetivos, los entregables, los plazos y los recursos necesarios. Kick-off: Elaboración y dirección de documentación para el Kickoff de proyecto, tanto interno como con el cliente. Liderazgo de la reunión de Kickoff de la mano con el equipo funcional. Coordinación y asignación de tareas: Debe asignar las tareas adecuadas a los miembros del equipo, asegurándose de que cada uno entienda sus responsabilidades y plazos. Gestión de recursos: Es responsable de gestionar los recursos asignados al proyecto, incluyendo el personal, el presupuesto y los materiales. Ceremonias internas: Dirigir las distintas ceremonias internas de seguimiento con el equipo (dailies, weeklies, retrospectivas) Reuniones con cliente: Dirigir y documentar las reuniones de seguimiento del proyecto con el cliente. Seguimiento del progreso: Debe monitorear el avance del proyecto, identificar posibles desviaciones y tomar medidas correctivas cuando sea necesario para mantener el proyecto en el camino correcto. Gestión de riesgos: Debe identificar y evaluar los riesgos asociados al proyecto, desarrollar estrategias de mitigación y establecer planes de contingencia en caso de que ocurran problemas. Comunicación y reportes: Debe mantener a todas las partes interesadas informadas sobre el progreso del proyecto a través de informes periódicos, reuniones y comunicación constante. Cierre del proyecto: Al finalizar el proyecto, el Project Manager debe asegurarse de que todos los entregables estén completos, evaluar el desempeño del equipo y realizar una revisión final del proyecto. Traspaso a Soporte: Garantizar el correcto traspaso al equipo de Soporte, gestionando la documentación que será elaborada por las distintas áreas.

Requisitos:
Habilidades de liderazgo: Un Project Manager debe ser capaz de liderar y motivar a su equipo de trabajo, fomentando la colaboración, el trabajo en equipo y manteniendo un ambiente positivo. Habilidades de organización: Debe ser capaz de mantener un proyecto perfectamente organizado, asegurar una documentación estructurada, centralizada y actualizada en todo momento. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación: Debe ser capaz de comunicarse de manera efectiva con todas las partes interesadas del proyecto, incluyendo al equipo de trabajo, los clientes y la alta dirección. Conocimientos técnicos: Dependiendo del tipo de proyecto, es importante que el Project Manager tenga conocimientos técnicos sólidos en el área correspondiente para comprender las necesidades y los desafíos del proyecto. Gestión del tiempo: Debe ser capaz de manejar eficientemente los plazos y los recursos disponibles para cumplir con los objetivos del proyecto. Capacidad de resolución de problemas: Se enfrentará a desafíos y obstáculos durante el desarrollo del proyecto, por lo que debe ser capaz de tomar decisiones rápidas y efectivas para resolver problemas. Orientación a resultados: Debe tener una mentalidad orientada a alcanzar los objetivos del proyecto y tomar las medidas necesarias para lograrlos. Conocimientos de banca: debe tener conocimientos de banca retail, banca de inversión y mercado de capitales, dado que será el objeto de los proyectos a desarrollar. Conocimiento proyectos digitales.
