Uno de nuestros clientes de Palma de Mallorca, una plataforma global de movilidad que ofrece opciones de alquiler, suscripción y compra de vehículos, está buscando un Technical Lead para liderar y guiar el equipo de desarrollo de software en la creación e implementación de soluciones de software innovadoras.

Funciones

  • Guiar y dirigir al equipo de desarrollo en todas las fases del ciclo de vida del desarrollo de software, brindando orientación y apoyo en la toma de decisiones técnicas, y asegurando que cumplan con los requisitos de negocio y las mejores prácticas de ingeniería de software.
  • Participar, si es necesario, en la escritura de código y el desarrollo de software,
colaborando con el equipo en la implementación de características y funcionalidades.

  • Asegurar la adecuación de las soluciones desarrolladas y realizar revisiones de código para garantizar la calidad del código, la consistencia en el estilo de codificación y el cumplimiento de los estándares de codificación establecidos.
  • Identificar y abordar desafíos técnicos complejos, proponiendo soluciones y estrategias efectivas para resolver problemas en el desarrollo de software.
  • Mentorizar y dar apoyo técnico al equipo de desarrollo, fomentando el crecimiento profesional y la mejora continua de las habilidades técnicas del equipo.
  • Colaborar con los Project Managers para garantizar la entrega oportuna y exitosa de los proyectos de desarrollo de software, asegurando que se cumplan los plazos y los objetivos del proyecto.
  • Colaborar con el resto del departamento y con otras áreas de la empresa para entender las necesidades técnicas y garantizar la integración efectiva de las soluciones tecnológicas en toda la compañía.
  • Mantenerse actualizado con las tendencias tecnológicas y mejores prácticas.

Requisitos :

  • FP en Desarrollo de Aplicaciones (deseable título universitario en Ingeniería de Software, Informática, o un campo relacionado).
  • Amplia experiencia en desarrollo de software y en roles de liderazgo técnico.
  • Habilidades avanzadas en programación y arquitectura de sistemas.
  • Sólidos conocimientos de JAVA y Best practices de desarrollo.
  • Conocimientos con Sonar.
  • Inglés medio.
