NTU International A/S is leading for the open tender EC's Single Framework Contract for the provision of technical assistance and financial/economic expertise in support to the European Energy Efficiency Financing Coalition (ENER/2024/OP/0028) and we are looking to expand our network with skilled local partners and experts interested to work in the target countries.

We are building up a pool of experts who will be interested in this assignment under this framework contract. Requested profile:

Key Expert 1:
Senior EU Level Expert (Team Leader)

Qualifications:
Relevant economic, engineering, legal or technical education (university degree, post-graduate level)

Professional experience:
At least 10 years of experience in management of EU policy related projects including participation in at least 5 energy or sustainable finance related projects at EU level (i.e. either directly related to the implementation of EU policy or which cover at least five different Member States), 3 of which directly related to energy efficiency topics.

At least 5 years of experience in stakeholder mobilization and management of networks of public and private-sector organizations, including interactions with executive level.


Languages & Other Skills:
At least C1 level in English, in the Common European Framework for Reference for Languages.
