Responsabilidades

Brindar una atención excepcional, gestionando eficazmente las consultas y problemas de nuestros usuarios a través de múltiples canales de comunicación como teléfono, correo electrónico y redes sociales.Mantener un diálogo constructivo y empático al responder a las valoraciones en Google Play y App Store, mejorando continuamente la experiencia del usuario.RequisitosTitulación de bachillerato o estudios superiores.Experiencia mínima de 3 años en roles de servicio al cliente.Destreza comunicativa superior, tanto oral como escrita.Dominio del inglés a nivel avanzado, tanto hablado como escrito.Familiaridad con aplicaciones de soporte al cliente como Zendesk, Zoho, entre otros.Se valoraráLa capacidad de comunicarse en un segundo idioma como portugués, francés o alemán, para enriquecer aún más nuestro servicio multilingüe.
