Senior Web Experience Manager


We are looking for a Senior Web Experience Manager to define and execute our website content strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

This role involves leading cross-functional teams, optimizing website design and functionality, and staying current with industry trends to enhance user engagement.


Responsibilities:

  • Define the overall website content strategy and vision, ensuring alignment with business objectives and target audience requirements.

Manage and collaborate with stakeholders across HQ teams and markets to gather requirements, prioritize initiatives, and ensure effective execution of the website content strategy.

Collaborate with other teams, such as marketing, IT, user experience, and sales, to integrate website content initiatives and align with overall business strategies.

4.

Oversee the development and maintenance of the website, including design, functionality, and user experience, in alignment with the content and platform strategy.

5.

Lead a team of professionals responsible for different aspects of the website, such as content management, web product owners, and UX/UI design.

6.

Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the website's content performance and identify areas for improvement as well as maintain optimization.

7.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and enhance the website's content and customer engagement.

8. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, data privacy, and accessibility standards.

9. Provide guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to team members.

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership experience with a focus on website content strategy and management.
