Descripción de la oferta
Definir junto al equipo directivo las políticas y estrategias financieras. * Planificación, gestión y control del presupuesto anual y de la tesorería. * Coordinación de las auditorías financieras. * Relación con bancos y proveedores. * Gestión contable y administrativa. * Reporting financiero mensual. * Planificar, coordinar y controlar las actividades del departamento financiero (tesorería, contabilidad, presupuesto, análisis financiero y reporting, costos e impuestos), garantizando el cumplimiento de las regulaciones establecidas. * Verificación del cumplimiento de las obligaciones fiscales de la sociedad.
Perfil del candidato
Alta capacidad de organización, planificación y coordinación. * Disponibilidad para viajar. * Nivel avanzado en Excel. * Al menos 4 años de experiencia en departamento financiero, auditora o similar. * Iniciativa, ambición, y actitud positiva. * Ser muy lector/a y tener pasión por el mundo del libro. Bonus tracks * Experiencia en el sector editorial o librerías. * Haber trabajado al menos durante dos años con Navision o Business Central. * Experiencia en Power BI.
Oferta de empleo
- Contrato indefinido a jornada completa.
- Flexibilidad horaria y teletrabajo.
- Salario bruto: 35.000, ,00€ brutos / anuales.
- Variable: Hasta un máximo de 10% del salario bruto anual. El bonus variable serán objetivos medibles ligados al negocio. Se perciben, tras el cierre del ejercicio fiscal, en el mes de julio.
