Como Ingeniero Senior de Software Backend estas tareas incluyen

  • Apoyar fuertemente la migración de un sistema monolítico a una arquitectura moderna estabilizando el entorno actual.
  • Familiarizarse con la arquitectura e identificar potenciales de optimización y estabilización.
  • Participar en todo el ciclo de vida de la aplicación enfocándose en la codificación depuración y diseño de funciones.
  • Colaborar con el propietario del producto y equipos asociados para alinear los esfuerzos de desarrollo con los requisitos y objetivos empresariales.
  • Contribuir a la agilidad del equipo mediante prácticas ágiles de desarrollo de software y encarnar los valores de trabajo en equipo autoresponsabilidad y acciones orientadas a resultados.
  • Contribuir a las decisiones arquitectónicas y discusiones de diseño. Asegurar que la arquitectura del software sea escalable mantenible y cumpla con los requisitos de rendimiento.
  • Liderar con el ejemplo abogando por datos de alta calidad calidad de software rendimiento y excelencia operativa.
  • Actuar según el principio DevOps asumiendo la plena responsabilidad de los servicios desarrollados por el equipo desde la concepción hasta el despliegue y operación.

Educación - Licenciatura o Maestría en Ciencias de la Computación Informática Empresarial Informática de Medios o un campo de estudio comparable.

Idiomas - Inglés obligatorio

  • Conocimiento de alemán es deseableRequisitos y Experiencia
  • 510 años de experiencia práctica en desarrollo Java con un enfoque significativo en tecnologías de la nube y arquitectura de microservicios.
  • Al menos 3 años de experiencia usando frameworks frontend como Angular.
Conocimientos y experiencia en TI requeridos

Conocimientos técnicos obligatorios

  • Experiencia comprobada como Desarrollador Java con un sólido entendimiento de tecnologías y frameworks Java.
  • Conocimiento de APIs RESTful y programación asíncrona.
  • Experiencia con JSF Framework Spring Boot o Micronaut.
  • Experiencia con tecnologías de bases de datos (p. ej. SQL JDBC Hibernate).
  • Experiencia con bases de datos RDBMS y NoSQL PostgreSQL MongoDB.
  • Conocimiento extenso en pruebas de aplicaciones web de microservicios a diferentes niveles unitarias de componentes de sistema y de rendimiento así como pruebas de contrato (PACT). Conocimiento de prácticas DevOps y pipelines CI/CD adoptando y practicando la filosofía Tú lo construiste tú lo manejas en línea con las metodologías DevOps.
  • Amplia experiencia en la construcción y gestión de sistemas distribuidos impulsados por eventos utilizando tecnologías como Kubernetes Docker y Kafka.
  • Conocimiento de plataformas en la nube (AWS Azure).Conocimientos técnicos deseables
  • Experiencia significativa con Angular Framework.
  • Experiencia en diseño arquitectónico de soluciones de software complejas usando tecnologías Java.
  • Colaborar con las partes interesadas para recopilar y analizar requisitos y traducirlos en una arquitectura del sistema escalable y mantenible.
  • Definir componentes módulos e interfaces del sistema.
  • Adoptar las mejores prácticas y estándares de codificación.
