Swissport is actively seeking an IT Support to join our team in HQ Madrid.

Role & FunctionAs a local point of contact for users, the IT Support ensure the deployment of IT activities, provide Business and Operations IT support.

Responsibilities· Provides assistance, daily basic support to Business and Operations, IT equipment Break and Fix.· Manage deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade and support of all current IT systems including Operating systems, Telecommunication, Software applications and hardware peripherals.· Provide Network and applications access.· Support and provide helpdesk / assistance to internal/external users and partners.· Maintenance and preventive maintenance of IT equipment, hardware and network.· Make inventories of all IT equipment and other peripheral and ensure frequent and periodic inventories update.· Participate ongoing and upcoming projects.· Research current and potential resources and services.· Keeping management and stations updated on progress.· Identify and prepare hardware for disposal when appropriate.· Monitor security of all technology and advise staff of security breach and/or change in password or security status.· Communicate regularly with Management and all users of information services and systems.· Keep current with the latest technologies and determine what new technology solutions and implementations will meet business and system requirements.

Requirements· Knowledge of hardware and software· Up-to-date knowledge of the latest IT and software trends· Strong communications skills· Excellent organisational skills· Flexible· Enthusiasm for continual learning· Willingness to travel within Spain
