Extract information & data from the Finance, Payroll & PowerBI systemsReview data & ensure accuracyPrepare journal entry postingPrepare margin report & analysisReconcile system information and work closely with the local team (Payroll, Finance, Front Office) & SSC team (R2R) in order to identify & solve inconsistenciesPrepare & review activities forecast with local teamPropose processes that are good candidates for automation

The Successful Applicant

Ideally Business Administration or Accounting Degree or equivalent through hands-on working experienceIdeally prior experience of:working in shared service center environmentworking in accounting or payrollcollaborating effectively with international team/cross-team to deliverFluency in English and an additional European language is a mustExcellent attention to detail and accuracy; ensures facts are correct, complete and consistentExcellent customer-focus & communication skills (written & verbal)Excellent organizational skills and ability to work under pressure & manage deadlines At ease with Excel What's on Offer
