¿Cuáles serán tus funciones?

Elaboración del plan de captación de afiliados (portales) para las distintas marcas del grupo en base a los objetivos de negocio. Ejecución y seguimiento del plan para garantizar su cumplimiento aplicando las medidas correctivas necesarias cuando el negocio lo requiera. Comunicación y seguimiento de acciones de afiliados (portales) derivados de la captación de leads para las distintas marcas del grupo. Interpretación de dashboards y creación de reportes para identificar amenazas y oportunidades derivadas del impacto en negocio de los leads captados. Prospección de nuevos afiliados, negociación y cierre de acuerdos de colaboración para los diferentes verticales educativos del grupo. Comunicación y cooperación con el resto de los perfiles involucrados en la estrategia de captación de leads de la compañía. Análisis de rendimiento de los portales de captación y propuesta de acciones en base a los objetivos de volumen y rentabilidad del grupo. Control presupuestario y administrativo de los diferentes acuerdos comerciales adquiridos, detección y propuesta de mejoras.

Requisitos

Experiencia mínima de 3 años en agencia o en el mundo de la afiliación gestionando la captación de leads a través de distintos canales.Preferiblemente experiencia en el sector de la formación. Capacidad analítica y experiencia en herramientas como (Qlik Sense; Power BI; Google Analytics, etc.).Alta capacidad de comunicación, negociación y persuasión. Persona autodirigida, motivada y capaz de tomar decisiones. Capacidad para trabajar de manera efectiva tanto de manera independiente como en equipo.Personalidad resiliente, ágil y con alta capacidad para adaptarse a los cambios con rapidez.Facilidad de aprendizaje en un entorno altamente competitivo y cambiante, con visión de rentabilidad de negocio.Capacidad para realizar propuestas más allá del "status quo".Conocimiento y manejo de distintas herramientas de gestión (Asana, Trello, Jira).
